Designed the two-sided payment dispute system for Shopify Collabs — Shopify's affiliate platform connecting merchants with creators and influencers — allowing merchants to flag suspicious commissions and freeze payouts, while protecting creators from unwarranted non-payment, reducing Help Center escalations and building trust on both sides of the marketplace.

Flexible High-Yield Savings 

Led the end-to-end design of Boost Pocket — a new feature within GXS Bank's savings account that combines high interest rates with the flexibility of a regular account — covering pocket creation, tenure selection, early withdrawal flows, and a live calculator that lets users instantly see projected returns based on their amount and tenure, making it easier for a younger, less financially experienced generation to grow their savings with confidence.
